By booking a session with Mrs. Sippi, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Mrs. Sippi's services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

1. Service Description

 

Mrs. Sippi provides premium companionship services, including social event accompaniment, personal conversations, cultural outings, and more, tailored to the client's individual needs and preferences.

 

2. Privacy Policy

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Client confidentiality is paramount, and all personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

3. Booking and Cancellation

 

3.1 Booking: Clients must book services through the official Mrs. Sippi website or approved contact methods.

 

3.2 Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a deposit refund.

 

• In the case of a no-show, the client will be charged the full price of the service booked. If the client arrives late and the service time has to be reduced, the service's total cost will still be charged.
• In an emergency or illness, I ask clients to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. The deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.
• Should we need to cancel a client's appointment for reasons beyond our control, we will try to reschedule at a convenient time for the client or offer a full refund of the deposit.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with a history of late cancellations, no-shows, and risk to my health

 

4. Payment and Refunds

 

4.1 Payment: Payment for services must be completed according to the specified rates at the time of booking.

 

4.2 Refunds: Refunds are available under specific cancellation within the allowed period, subject to review.

 

5. Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards Mrs. Sippi at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Mrs. Sippi will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

 

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mrs. Sippi and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

 

8. Modifications to Terms

Mrs. Sippi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

 

9. Governing Law
